1. Our Free Service
We offer a 100% free photo booth at the Francos de Montréal festival. You get:

  • A free printed photo strip (on the spot)
  • A free digital photo (sent to your email via QR code)
  • Free props and backdrops

No payment. No registration. No hidden fees.

2. Age Policy

  • All ages are welcome at our photo booth.
  • Children under 12 should be with a parent or guardian (for supervision, not because the booth is dangerous – it's just photos).

3. Affiliate Disclosure – How We Fund the Free Booth
Our website contains affiliate links to trusted Canadian partners (licensed online casinos and social games).

  • If you click a link and sign up, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
  • That commission helps pay for our photo booth: printer ink, paper, props, staffing, and equipment rental.
  • No gambling happens at our festival tent. The photo booth is pure fun.

We only partner with licensed, regulated operators.

4. Rules for Using the Photo Booth
You agree NOT to:

  • Use props in an offensive, obscene, or hateful way
  • Damage the camera, printer, or backdrop
  • Push or cut in line
  • Take photos that are illegal or harassing

We can ask anyone violating these rules to leave. No refunds (because everything is free).

5. Intellectual Property

  • Your photos are yours – share them anywhere.
  • Our logo and "Photo Booth @ Francos de Montréal" name belong to us. Don't copy them.
  • "Francos de Montréal" is a trademark of the festival. We operate with permission but are not officially the festival.

6. Liability – What We Are NOT Responsible For

  • Lost or blurry digital photos (email servers sometimes fail)
  • Broken props (if you break one by accident, just tell us – no charge)
  • Anything that happens after you click an affiliate link to a third-party website

We are not liable for injuries caused by misusing props (e.g., hitting someone with a cardboard guitar). Use common sense.

7. Governing Law
These Terms follow the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any legal disputes will be handled in Montreal.

8. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last Updated" date tells you when. Using our site after changes means you accept them.
