We do NOT collect: payment info, ID numbers, health data, or anything sensitive.

How We Get Your Consent

• Photo booth visit: You step in and press "Start" ➔ you agree to have your photo taken.
• Email for digital photo: You type your email and click "Send" ➔ you agree to receive it.
• Cookies: You click "Accept" on the banner.

No pre-checked boxes. No hidden tricks.

How Long We Keep Your Data

• Digital photos: Deleted after we email them (max 48 hours)
• Email addresses: Deleted 30 days after the festival ends
• Contest entries: Deleted after 90 days

Do We Share Your Information?
We share your email only with our email delivery service (SendGrid / Mailgun). They are contractually bound to protect your data and delete it after delivery.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

Cross-Border Data Transfer – Important
Our email service may use servers in the United States. This means your email address may leave Canada. We use legal safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect it. By providing your email, you understand and accept this.

Your Rights – Access, Correction, Deletion
You can ask us:

• What data we have about you
• To correct wrong information
• To delete your information

Email our Privacy Officer. We will respond within 30 days.

Breach Notification
If your data is stolen or leaked and it could harm you, we will notify you and Quebec's privacy watchdog (CAI) within 72 hours.
